Supports

Community engagement

We offer tailored, community and skills building supports.
We support you with what you need.
We work with you to determine your goals and identify ways they can be achieved.  
We are flexible and can quickly respond to our participants needs.
We provide individual ​1 to 1 support.
We can provide small group supports. ​

Skills building

We provide qualified, experienced people to support you to build skills in the things that are important to you.  We make every effort to accommodate your needs every time. ​

We provide 1 to 1 community engagement.  What we do is up to you.  We are happy to make suggestions, support you to participate in community, leisure or sporting activities and support you to explore new experiences and activities.  ​

Tailored support

All our supports are tailored to your needs.  We are not a one size fits all type of support.  Whatever your goals are we will listen, and work with you to determine how we can support you to achieve them. ​
